The Snakemen are a low-fi, Southern Fried two piece vocals, blues and trailer trash country guitar and percussion combo that are pupose built for the small bar entertainment revolution.

They have been playing their trade at the Mr Falcon's Bar and the Little Guy in Glebe, the Brass Monkey at Cronulla, the Forest Lodge Hotel, the Botany View Hotel, the Evil Star Hotel, Kirribilli Markets, Rozelle Markets, Eveleigh Markets, the Surry Hills Festival, Mr Big Stuff’s Café at Maroubra, Yarn Sydney, Customs House Library, and the Old City Café in Balmain.

The Snakes play old timey style hootchie cootchie blues and trailer trash country classics. They have also written a swag of songs about Sydney's violently colourful history. They can spin a yarn and connect with a crowd or start out real slow and just sit on a groove until its time to stomp out the tea lights.
