Isaiah B Brunt was 2010 Sydney Blues Society solo performer of the year and represented Sydney at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in February 2011. Isaiah sings and plays guitar, slide, ukulele slide, harmonica and piano. His live energy on stage and sound has been likened to the early acoustic delta bluesmen with an influence ranging from Muddy Waters through to early John Mayall. Isaiah was also influenced by his father who played ukulele, blues harp and lap steel. This 6 song EP showcases some early influences of traditional Blues styles Isaiah is proud to have captured live in the studio. Imagine for a moment you're having a conversation with someone and they describe a familiar story that could easily be a film or song of your life, that's what this style of organic acoustic Blues can conjure.
